This is good value. Its comfortable and smells good. Nice, maximalist decor. The resturant in the first floor has ambience and good food, georgian and Italian. I felt safe as a solo traveller, and still in the middle of the real Georgian life. Its in the fourth floor of an typical Georgian backyard, you could not say that it is a typical hotel, but the four rooms feels like hotelrooms.
One room is without window, you can se witch in the pictures.

Потрясающее расположение, все самое интересное в шаговой доступности. Красивые апартаменты и очень вкусный ресторан внизу с хорошими скидками для постояльцев. Очень внимательный и дружелюбный персонал. Рекомендую к проживанию однозначно!

Personel was super nice. Owner drove us personally to start of the hike in Kvemo Marghi. Which is 5h ride. Great conversations. Openminded atmosphere in hotel. You really feel welcome. We had quiet stay, but if we wanted to we could have gone to live music at wine bar terrace which is romantic place.
Quick communication also about aiport pickup in the night. Easy going atmosphere with professional accuracy and punctuality

We felt cheated! It is not hotel , don’t be fooled! It is a guest house with 4 rooms, no reception to help, 2 flights of very steep steps. If I would have known we would have never booked here. In 3 days we had seen the cleaner once , nobody else. They didn’t even bother to check on us. We left 7.30 the last morning, we couldn’t even pay as they wanted cash. Obviously, by the afternoon they wanted their money and they were sending us messages. In the end they provided their banking details.
What a hustle!
