Grand appartement, super propre. Très bien équipé.
Gorgi ne parle pas anglais mais il est très attentionné.
Une place de parking devant l’appartement est réservée pour les locataires.

Apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, located just steps away from the main square and walking distance to city attractions, shopping and parks. With 2 bedrooms it was a perfect stay for the party of 4. The host was incredibly attentive, kind, and always ready to help. Overall outstanding experience and truly a perfect choice!

Отличная локация, второй этаж, двухэтажного дома, в самом центре города. Все удобства, две спальни, кухня, большой балкон. Хозяин Георгий встретил с вокзала, привез, разместил, все рассказал. Последующие дни, Георгий возил нас по городу, с экскурсией, затем ездили в горы, на минеральные источники, в дом, где родился В. Маяковский. Впечатлений масса. Рекомендуем. Георгию отдельное спасибо!

The location is about 100 meters from the central Kolkha Fountain which is amazing! Close to cafes, shops, bakeries, restaurants, the Green Bazaar, major tourist sites and public transportation. The owner is warm, friendly and respectful. He has a car and is happy to offer reliable tour services to anywhere in the region. The owners offer Georgian specialties for breakfast. The apartment is clean and smartly designed. It appears to be recently renovated to a high standard. The unit has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with a proper shower (!!!), full kitchen, washing machine, table with 6 chairs, couch, TV, and even a lovely balcony. It's on a minor road, but the traffic is infrequent and not a bother. Water pressure and WiFi are excellent.
Not a big deal, but good to note that there is an air conditioner unit in the living room that reaches both bedrooms as long as their doors are left open. No screens on the windows.
