Beste Location in Weiden. Super nette Lokale und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Wohnung frisch renoviert. Smart TV. Waschmaschine. Sehr viel Platz! In der Küche auch alles was man braucht. Bonus: Tiefgarage gleich ums Eck also auch Parken kein Problem!

Stadtnähe geräumige und saubere Wohnung modern eingerichtet alles vorhanden was notwendig ist Bilder entsprechen dem Inserat

Der Hausgang/Treppenaufgang ist nicht sehr einladend, es riecht stark nach Alkohol, die Böden kleben und es ist sehr schmutzig evtl. kann man da mal eine Reinigung veranlassen

Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert, Netter Vermieter hat uns empfangen und alles erklärt. Auch die Kommunikation via WhatsApp hat hervorragend geklappt. Bei Anruf sofort erreichbar. Neue spartanisch eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Kostenloser Parkplatz ca. 5 min Fußweg.

Das Ambiente rundherum passte nicht zu UNSEREN Vorstellungen. Nach 12 Stunden Arbeit sind die Gegebenheiten (Sitzmöbel) zum Entspannen nicht wirklich bequem. Die Fenster haben keinerlei Schallisolierung, da muss man schon eine Feiermaus sein und nach 0 Uhr zur Nachtruhe übergehen (Geräuschpegel = Biergärten) Man scheint sich in dem Haus auch nicht einig zu sein, wer das Treppenhaus reinigt.
