Nestled in Bodega Bay, this charming house for $482 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. When you step through the front door of this lovely home, you are immediately drawn into the bright living room area with spectacular views of the 14th fairway of the Links at Bodega Harbour. The large patio is highlighted by lush grass and plants that edge the golf course, backdropped by the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean and Bodega Head. As you look around, your mind will tell you this is a great place to stay a while: clean, comfy, spacious, and cared for. Clearly, the owners want you to feel pampered and content during your stay. The wood-burning stove is flanked by two large windows, allowing you to warm yourself as you relax and take in the view. Here and there during your visit, you will see deer, fox, quail, and other wildlife moving about the scenes before you. When you look around the house, you will see the dining table that seats 8 or more, plus four bar stools along the kitchen bar. The well-stocked kitchen has a huge island and an ample assortment of dishware, glassware, and flatware. The kitchen has recently been updated, with new countertops and appliances. Near the kitchen are a convenient half bath and a Maytag washer and dryer as you pass through to the garage. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space. Special attention has been paid to the high-end mattresses and bedding to assure you and your companions will sleep well and feel refreshed in the morning, ready for all the adventures the Bodega Bay area has to offer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV-DVD. A sliding door gives you direct access to the spacious patio and ocean views beyond. The ensuite bath features a deep jacuzzi tub for total relaxation, a generous vanity with two sinks and a separate shower. A second bedroom with a queen size bed and similar amenities is next to a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Bathrooms are stocked with plentiful fluffy towels and quality toiletries are provided to add to your pampered feeling. The expansive upstairs loft is a special treat, as the views of the surrounding hills and Bay from the upstairs loft and bedroom are amplified from above. Sink into comfortable leather sofas and easy chairs. The large 55" flat-screen TV and game table await laughter and friendly banter. You will find a selection of games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment. There is also a full-sized futon where children may sleep. When the games and entertainment end, the third bedroom provides seclusion with views of nearby grassy slopes and the same luxuries as other bedrooms, with a queen size bed to relax and sleep well. This is a home that invites guests to gather and bond, or smaller groups who are wishing for breathing room and comfortable seclusion.

The home was lovely. I’ve never seen such a well stocked kitchen from cookware to condiments and rooms all had extra bedding available. Only suggestion would be to label drawers. I liked having tv upstairs and not in main living room. Weather perfect for our visit so we spent time at beautiful close by beaches. The upstairs loft has a futon on the floor for the 4th bed and spaciousness would allow for sofa bed as well. Overall a great place for large group and we’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the New Year with our 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren!! We hiked, played on the beach, walked on the beach, cooked great meals together at the house…and played games. We were blessed with perfect weather - in between storms- it started raining again as we drove away!! The house worked out very well for the 8 of us!!

We had a wonderful stay! So peaceful. The owner has provided everything you could possibly need! This is truly home away from home! Very clean throughout. Comfortable furniture beds etc. Great lighting for cooking and reading. Excellent kitchen! Again, everything you need! Games, books and great loft area so everyone can spread out if needed. Great food and cocktails at the golf course restaurant. We saw deer and quails right from the living room window! You can hear the ocean and fog horn at night, we came home very rested and look forward to visiting again!

This place was stocked with everything you need. They thought of everything! It was super clean. They were so accommodating. The view was spectacular and the place is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property!! I think we will go back next year,!

The well furnished and appointed house made a great setting for our short visit to Bodega Bay. Great views overlooking the town and the bay added to the enjoyment. Excellent communications from the management company were really helpful in all aspects of the stay. Only blemish was an interaction with a snooty neighbor.

We came up to Bodega Bay over the Fourth to get out of the Bay Area! Our dog is extremely sensitive to fireworks. Bodega retreat was the perfect place! It was incredibly quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed; great outdoor space, bbq, downstairs had plenty of relaxed seating. The kitchen island is massive and beautiful. The house was super clean. We also liked that the downstairs area didn’t have a TV. Nice TV upstairs (we didn’t even turn it on). We did connect to the Bose Bluetooth while playing board games and doing puzzles. Last, Patricia and Mitch were excellent hosts. They kept us informed when we were heading up and when we could get into the house. They also proposed for us to have a late checkout. It was nice to not have to rush out on the 5th. We rent a lot houses for vacation and have never had the Host propose a late checkout without an additional charge. Thanks for a great mini-vacation. We will definitely rent this house again! Brian, Susan, and Amber (doggie).

Very nice house. It was clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. The property manager was great, she checked in often and offered tips about fun things for us to do.
