Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for entertaining and family get-togethers. * South Gulf Cove Private Pool * 4 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms * Spacious Floorplan * Canal Leads to Charlotte Harbor via lock * Fully Equipped Kitchen * Dining for 6 at the dining table * Parking for three cars in the driveway * One car garage * Owners truck for rent through another rental program * Beach Supplies including chairs and shark-teeth hunting equipment * Pool Toys * Dog-Friendly +$ * Work-from-home setup includes monitors, printer/scanner, shredder, display port and USB-C cables BEDROOMS (Single-story home) - Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) - Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom - Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom - Bedroom 4: One Full Bedroom Pool Heater Charges and Information: * The pool faces North Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis. Garage: * The garage has one bay available for use. The owner has a 2013 GMC Sierra available through another rental program. Dog-Friendly Home (+$) *This is a dog-friendly home *There is an additional $250 nonrefundable fee * There is a two-dog limit * Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. BBQ: - There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use. - While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills. - Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store. - BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged. No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues. This is an industry-standard practice. FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights) We will collect a $1,500 deposit. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded. If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit. No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Everything was wonderful about the house, quite neighborhood very family friendly, everything was super clean, just as described in the ad. It had everything you need to enjoy your time at this property. Also, Thank you very much for being an outstanding management company! We look forward to our vacation every year as we run two businesses and things our very hectic most of the year for us. So booking with a very professional management company means a lot.
