Great family resort, lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Staff were absolutely amazing with my 8 year old

We found there cleaning team willing to help all the time and to make you feel comfortable
We didn’t like the fact that the main focus of the management was to offer big quantities of food to the guests, but the quality was not so good.
It is far away from the “Premium “ quality hotel.We paid a lor for services that we never received .
The menu was the same every day, the beverages menu also the same and the quality of drinks was very poor.( diluted drinks)
