Location perfect for our needs, car parking good, once we'd managed to get the house keys, and the fob for the car park to work! The property is fabulous, very well equipped. Some lovely touches around the rooms, thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, milk and sugar on arrival and excellent information about the property, its contents, and Canterbury itself, in the file on the dining table. Extremely well appointed in every way. Thank you for a lovely stay, would definitely return.

A really lovely compact property in a central location with parking too.
loads of little touches to make the stay as welcoming as possible. Everything to a high standard.
Great communication from the hosts.
The provision of a good fan was fabulous esp in the heat. Blackout electric blinds upstairs too.
would be looking to rebook if returning to Canterbury
A good pub literally round the corner.
only a couple of minor niggles but these were really minor - the bathroom sink ran very slowly and a shelf to put toiletries on would have been good. And the main bedroom sash window only opened a small way. But these were really minor in the overall picture and didnt spoil the enjoyment of the stay.

Great location and very modern. Lovely beds and bedding
Washing up left on drainer. Baking sheet in oven not cleaned from previous use. Bins not emptied. Only 2 sheets left on kitchen roll. No tea towel for washing up. Only one dishwasher tablet. Only 3/4 of a toilet roll no spares. Shower head needs clean/descale. Extract fan dirty. Fan in bedroom dusty. Fridge not clean.
