Location - 5-10 mins to the town.
Getting key to get into the property from key lock.
Clean setup for most of the property.
Easy to manage heating (we arrived during a storm...)
Bathroom and kitchen was well equiped. (Though no sponge)
Property is not well insulated for both heat and sound (due to age and single pane windows). Also appears not to have been updated in some time. Overall, I ignored this as we could control the thermostat.
However, each room had different temperatures. Bedrooms were cool as the radiators did not heat up unlike downstares. I kept my bedroom door open to get heat from the corridor.
While most of the space was clean, when I was checking the radiator behind the bed, it was dusty and there was a discarded tissue.
Suggestion - check heading is working and also consider individual themostats for each radiators as some rooms heat quickly.

The best part was the outdoor space, which is especially wonderful when the sun is out. The kitchen is big and well equipped. Really appreciated the booklets I received to my email as well, which outlines everything clearly.
Since it was our first encounter with a boiler, it was a bit of getting used to but easy enough to figure out so not really something I didn’t “like”

Schoon, goede (lees)verlichting, karakter, tuintje.
Afstandelijke communicatie, niet met de eigenaar. Tuin niet onderhouden, gras staat halve meter hoog. Slechts 2 wijnglazen.

Comfortable beds, decent toilet paper, large fans, good hob, kitchen items, reasonable accommodation overall
Noisy at night, curtains did not block any light, shower was dirty with hairs and mould, felt like student accommodation with cheap, mismatched furniture, bits of rugs here and there, stains on walls and carpets.
