Not again

The apartment is quite spacious. Decent location.

The apartment is furnished in the cheapest way possible. This was most noticeable with the bed in the middle room, which was in such a poor state that it broke in the middle of the night. Other things also barely working, like shower and kitchen sink. It’s just not in a state to be rented out professionally. Other issue was parking. Forget about parking on the street, which goes for most of Rome. There are garages nearby, but if there is a match at the stadium (as it was in our case) these garages can be packed. Not something thing apartment can do anything about, but something to keep in mind.

Big appartment, smelly (cleaning prod.), kitchen and bath can be better.

The place had an extremely strong smell (it stank to me) of cleaning products. I even brought that smell home with me. It was as if the interior had been sprayed with cleaning products to give the impression of cleanliness. Many cleaning products and air fresheners are harmful and even carcinogenic with prolonged inhalation. Landlords should also be aware of this. I like fresh air. My experience with many accommodations is that they try to evoke cleanliness with an overpowering smell of cleaning products. Additionally, the bathroom in the apartment needed renovation. Small tiles were coming loose from the shower floor and were lying around on the floor. The bathroom door was catching on the floor, so it could only be opened partially. In my opinion, this could be easily fixed, but it's probably necessary to write about it first for it to happen. In the kitchen, I never had hot water, which made washing dishes difficult. The faucet also needed repair. While the kitchen had enough plates and cutlery, a kettle, and a fridge-freezer, there were no usable pans or pots.

Great spot to stay for Stadio Olympico

Comfortable beds and great location.

More sets of keys would have been useful. I have a reaction to perfumes and air freshers so had to take medication when we arrive as apartment had many air freshers and they were not necessary (no bad smells, no damp).

Perfect for traveling in a group

The place is big and spacious, with a bakery and grocery stores nearby. With 3 rooms (each has a TV), you get your privacy when traveling in a group. Also, there are a lot of buses and bus stations in the neighborhood.

Appartamento molto bello e silenzioso

Alcune cose non corrispondevano alle immagini: non c'erano le cialde del caffè nè una welcome water. Inoltre la mattina 10 minuti prima dell'ora di check-up sono arrivati alcuni operai per smontare i letti mentre ci stavamo preparando.
