The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Food was cold during breakfast. The wifi kept cutting off. The noise from the street was unbearable. There was an off-smell in the corridor outside my room in the morning.

Great hotel for a fair price with more than lovely people. I felt at home right away. Got not one but two welcome drinks. (Note that there is no alcohol available). Prices for dinner were very low, more than fair. Breakfast was fine, I wouldn’t expect more. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Bed comfortable. I missed nothing. Throughout my huge trip across Egypt this was the hotel where I felt taken care of the most.
Parking spot is like 2-3 minutes walking away. The security guy joined me in my car to show it to me and made sure I am safe. Pretty easy and cheap to park there.
It is loud outside. This is nothing the hotel could ever fix. But for my stopover the „trouble“ outside was kind of interesting yet funny to look at. It is in front of the train station, so there is a lot going on. If you don‘t mind that, you can easily spend an hour just watching the chaos running by. I didn’t care about it in the end.
