I cannot complain about the staff, they all did their best, and they are not responsible for the poor policy and state of the hotel.
They are not ready to receive tourists. I sent few messages to get info before my arrival and nobody answered, which is not professional. The reception never get them, as the messages are received by the owner who doesn’t speak english and who apparently doesn’t care. The room was not as in the pictures and was quite old and noisy and one of the beds mattress was totally broken. The hotel is on the 4th floor of a very old building shared with a restaurant and some offices. There is no entry door to guarantee privacy and safety at the rooms floor. You need to request the upper bed sheet, they only put one directly on the mattress. They didn’t serve my breakfast at the time requested.. and at the end you have to pick up the box yourself at the reception, and if you are vegan as me, you will eat nothing. However, the staff try to offer you options and the second day they found me something to eat. They are nice to give you tea and coffee bags, but they don’t give you water to do it..

room was clean, meeting your needs for a 3-star hotel, the view is good (Nile view), and breakfast was nice and fresh
The perfect expression is " do not judge a book by its cover) The first impression upon arrival was not good at all as the entrance was so old and bad, as the hotel shares the entrance with the engineering syndicate. hotel is on the 3rd floor

Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gelegen und die Mitarbeiter waren familiär und freundlich.
Das WLAN Netzwerk war teilweise etwas instabil, um die Möbel mittelstark in Anspruch genommen.

It was possible to check-in very late, the staff was very friendly. Amazing view on the Nile river.
Beds were as hard as a rock, most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on.
