The pool was very clean, and we enjoyed using the karaoke and the rooftop. The open kitchen was convenient, and the starter kits were thoughtful. All the rooms were well-ventilated and comfortable. Such a great value - we’d definitely book again.
The water dispenser was broken, so no hot water was available for coffee

This is a very unique place to stay when in legaspi! It’s a little far from town but with the right planning for transportation it’s a very nice place to stay! The food here is excellent, and staff are very accommodating! Perfect views of the city and mountain!
There is nothing I did not like, just this is a multi use facility or can be exclusive to one person private! All you have to do is talk to the staff before your stay!

Die Lage und Aussicht waren schön. Die Anfahrt ist sehr hügelig, aber es gibt vor Ort genug Parkplätze. Der Pool hat eine gute Größe und war sauber.
Wir dachten wir haben die ganze Unterkunft gebucht gehabt. Ein abgetrenntes Zimmer ist aber seperat buchbar. Das war anfangs verwirrend.
Die Betten waren durchgelegen und teilweise sehr schmal.
Die Badezimmerdecke ist stark verschimmelt, da es in einem Zimmer weder Lüftung noch ein Außenfenster gibt.
Für eine Unterkunft mit Pool sehr schlecht und im Zimmer gibt es auch keine wirkliche Möglichkeit Handtücher oder Badeklamotten zu trocknen.
Aktuell gibt es nebenan eine Baustelle, die laut sein kann. Störender waren jedoch die vielen Hunde die in der Nachbarschaft nachts gebellt und geheult haben. Sehr schade.
