Hotel was in good location. Staffs are accommodating and approachable. But cleanliness is quite questionable, lobby carpets smells moldy. Bathroom inside the room was not that clean. And unfortunately during our stay I got some weird insect bites during our 2nd night of stay. The hotel quickly address the issues by providing some ointments but did not do much about the room. Breakfast was also great. Pool area was ok. It was just unfortunate that we upgraded to a room with Mayon View but did not got the chance to see Mayon clearly because of the weather.

The carpet on the 4th Floor looked and smelled soiled and dirty. I had to hold my breath while walking in the corridor.
This should be replaced ASAP. It does not live up to the reputation of The Oriental Hotel.
