Location; accessible to where I should be. Staff are nice, helpful and accommodating.
Ants everywhere in the room, AC so loud, 2nd time in the hotel, both rooms have vault but needed battery replacement; water/ shower has very low pressure. Hotel needs maintenance work and fumigation. There’s ants in my room all the time.

Le déjeuner était très bien apprêté. Le chocolat chaud (native TABLEYA) était très bon aussi.
Probablement de ne pas avoir une serviette pour le plancher en sortant de la douche.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they provided a duvet along with soft, down-like pillows—though I’m not sure if they were real down.
1. Noise from the outside the room can be heard. The staff cleaning the other rooms can be heard talking loud.
2. The room they assigned to me doesn’t automatically restore power after interruptions. I had to call the front desk at 3 AM to ask them to send an engineer to fix it—because even the phone wasn’t working, as it’s connected to the power. It was such a hassle.
3 breakfast was so so.. unlike the other hotels that offer buffet breakfast
