Great choice of hotel in Legazpi

Staff is amazing! Breakfast buffet is delicious and variety a plenty, even when some people just abuse the amounts of their servings. So close to the shopping malls and restaurants.

My room had too much blue light, from a thingy on the ceiling, and who knows what that was, to the TV red light, to the cable box, and finally some light coming from outside.

Next time that I visit Legazpi City, I will definitely stay at Hotel Sentro Legazpi.

Staff were fabulous,respectful and helpful. Nutritious, tasty, buffet breakfast.

It’s not a complaint, but the room was small, and could have been laid out a little better. Only view was of the parking courtyard.

Just awesome!

The staff members are phenomenal. I forgot to ask their names but they are all awesome, kind, knowledgeable and and kind. I would like to mention all the staff members at the front desk are all top-notch professionals!

Everything is close to the hotel and staff are helpful and welcoming

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had problems with the plane ticket and they gave the correct number to call. Food was simple but plating was impressive.

Expensive but not worth the money.

The location is great. Close to the mall. The breakfast is okay.

There is no cable tv. There is no electric kittle. They only give you one room key everytime you go out the room is hot. There is no electric kittle for a morning coffee. The price is 4star hotel but the hotel is only 1 star. There is no window which on my booking it says a mt.mayon view. Room is not really spacious.

BICOL HOSPITALITY

The location is very convenient and price is affordable.

We have a free breakfast but the food is not hot and the there is no variety of menu to choose from. No hot choco for kids, no soup. 2nd day bfast the water boiling container malfunction. Everyone was not able to have hot drinks especislly that there is no soup available and its raining and its cold.

Everything except the one I mentioned above.

All the staff should know na may naka accommodate sa bawat room. Someone tried to open our room door several times so natakot ako. Sumilip ako sa peephole, staff pala nila. I opened the door, nagulat sya then she kept on apologizing kasi ang sabi raw sa kanya i-open nya yung room na yun. Nakakatakot lang. Sana di na maulit yun.
