Exceptional. Giuseppe made sure everything was perfect for our visit. He made sure location directions were clear and kindly ordered a taxi when none were at the bus station when we arrived. He walked us through the room facilities and breakfast (so many options in our room and enough for much more than 2 people). We sat out on the terrace with the city map and he made suggestions of what we should see in the time we were in Matera. He made restaurant recommendations & bookings, arranged a walking tour and taxi back to the bus. The B&B was just as shown in the images with very modern facilities. Thank you for sharing your truly extraordinary city with us. Hopefully one day we will be back.
