Ho apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, che essendo situata in centro permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi molti luoghi e servizi, rendendo gli spostamenti molto comodi. Inoltre, il personale è stato sempre molto disponibile e gentile: rispondeva rapidamente a qualsiasi nostra richiesta o domanda, facendoci sentire seguiti durante il soggiorno.
Non ho apprezzato il fatto che all’interno della camera non fossero presenti delle bottigliette d’acqua. Se fossimo arrivati più tardi, quando i punti vendita nelle vicinanze erano già chiusi, non avremmo avuto la possibilità di bere fino alla mattina seguente. Ritengo che questo sia un aspetto che andrebbe migliorato.
Inoltre, gli asciugamani presentavano delle macchie e sui pavimenti era presente della polvere accumulata, segno che la pulizia non era stata effettuata in maniera accurata. Tant’è che mio fratello, essendo allergico alla polvere, ha avuto difficoltà a respirare durante il soggiorno. Sarebbe quindi importante prestare maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e all’igiene delle camere.

The location is great, near the train station. also it is very quiet.
the process of getting the the keys was rather simple even if instructions were not communciated very well by the hosts. in the end we just called at the door. so better to check you have the key getting instructions before you arrive as there is nobody on the location.
located inside a normal residential block - cool to see the real palazzo napoletano..
Clean. very spacious bathroom.
TV worked fine.
the announced breakfast was a bit too simple, also considering the old coffee machne did not really work. but the teapot worked alright.
paying the extra fees which are not included in the booking.com fees is perhaps the feature of Naples or Italy, usualy they are included in the final fee. but also in Portugal sometimes such tourist taxes are paid in cash on site.

Mi è piaciuta molto la struttura per la sua pulizia impeccabile, l’ambiente accogliente e la posizione strategica. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Camera confortevole e servizi ottimi. Consigliata!

Locazione acquistata su Booking nella centralissima Corso G. Garibaldi n°308 a 13 min. a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale (950 mt.); locazione ottenuta nella semiperiferica Via T. Cornelio n°39 a 31 min. a piedi dalla Stazione Centrale (2100 mt); la destinazione è cambiata del locatore senza preavviso nella mattinata e a poche ore dal check in, motivandola con un guasto, e non risulta tuttora aggiornata in Booking.
Devo dire che comunque le camere di via Cornelio si presetavano pulite e ordinate, anche non rispondenti in diversi punti alle caratteristiche dichiarate nella conferma di prenotazione. Tornerò sicuramente nella bellissima Napoli, ma non al B&B Tre Regine!!
