Staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a recommendation guide which would have been useful if we were staying for more than 1 night.
The location was a 15-20minute walk away from everything. Naples is quite a hard location to walk around as it's very chaotic and there does not appear to be any rules of the road when crossing etc.

The room was absolutely stunning and the bed… Sooooooo comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud!
The bathroom was huge and had a pretty big window to let in some sunlight and some air.
Breakfast was a real treat! The food was amazing and it was served in the cutest terrace ever! You could choose to eat indoor or outdoor.
There was an elevator which though small was the best thing that could’ve happened since we were on the 4th floor carrying heavy luggage.
The staff was kind and helpful all throughout our stay! They even sent us a video and a set of instructions on how to access the building, where to have breakfast, etc. Oh, she also helped us out by calling a taxi since one of our bags broke and we couldn’t walk to the station.
The shower doors were reallyyyy noisy, so taking a bath when one of us was sleeping early in the morning or late at night was a bit of a challenge.
The location is really good in terms of distance to the subway/train station, but the area surrounding it is not the prettiest nor the cleanest. However, it does not smell and we didn’t feel unsafe at all!

The location was great and walkable. Much to do around and explore. We were surprised that in such neighbourhood there was beautiful apartment building with great design.
