Nos ha parecido un alojamiento cómodo y con todos los servicios que necesitabamos. La ubicación del mismo que está próximo a la estación de tren y al centro nos ha venido muy bien para visitar, comer o salir a otros pueblos. Además, todo lo que hemos pedido nos lo han proporcionado y han estado atentos en todo momento.
Lo que no me gustó no tiene nada que var con el alojamiento sino con la ciudad de Nápoles en general que la veo muy sucia, desordenada y con muchas barreras arquitectónicas. Pienso que su Ayuntamiento y sus vecinos y vecinas deberían de cuidarla más porque después ofrece un patrimonio turístico espectacular y es una lástima que no respeten las normas de tráfico, de urbanidad y medio ambientales. Esa imagen no es positiva para las personas que viajamos de otros países y más aún cuando te cobran una ecotasa por estar allí que no me aparto de pagarla pero que debería invertirse en mejorar la ciudad.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed.
The location is 1km down town which is a bit daunting carrying two suitcases, but fortunately its flat and not difficult to find and the hosts met me on time to hand over the keys.
