Great location near the dog beach. House is as pictured, one of those Ventnor houses with everything on the first floor and only a concrete laundry at ground level. The house itself is really pleasant, with a view of the water and mod cons. Good shower, good quality wifi, well appointed kitchen.
Dirt roads mean everything gets dirty. Not the property's fault in any way but worth thinking about when you choose Ventnor. Like many houses in PI this one is managed by real estate agents, so there's a bond for this and a bond for that and the usual real estate agent attitude and "our rules".

The house was very clean and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The check in experience could have been better but not due to the owner.
I didn’t receive the check in detail email because they sent it to the wrong email address. The keys needed to be collected from the agent in town. I drove to town to collect the keys, which were the wrong keys and then had to drive back to town to collect the right ones.
