It’s hard to explain how beautiful and tastefully decorated this guest house is. Because you’re in someone’s home it feels extra special and warm, but completely private and secure with the most wonderfully large and comfortable bed!! in a quiet neighborhood so rest is easy, but only less than a 10 minute walk back down to the riverfront and the restaurant for dinner. Thank you for such a lovely stay that felt like home during a long hike!
I was disappointed to learn late at night the lovely breakfast featured in the photos would not be available the next morning since this is one of the reasons I chose this property. Although I did not pay for this in my room rate and it would have cost extra, I would have just appreciated notice ahead of time since I did look forward to the lovely breakfast featured in the photos and it was one of the reasons I chose this place - but I truly enjoyed my stay anyway! :)

This is an outstanding property. You definitely get all that you pay for here. Everything is provided. Every detail has been thought of an advance of your arrival. Helena and her husband are wonderful hosts! Kind and so very helpful!
The property is exactly as it is presented on Bookings. You won’t be disappointed.

What a gem!!! Everything about Flowers and Faces is top notch. I highly recommend this guesthouse to everyone and will stay here if I come back to Ponte Lima.
