Located in Bayshore Gardens, this charming house for $2,035 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Panoramic Breathtaking Views This is a special find! The Bay House Retreat is like no other! You will feel like you have escaped when you stay at this Fisherman's paradise, with TWO docks and AMAZING sunsets! This gorgeous family home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, with plenty of space for all ages to enjoy, tucked away with a short drive to either the beaches of Sarasota or Bradenton. The Bay House Retreat is also just 3.5 miles from the world-renowned IMG Academy and only a short drive to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, as well as other area attractions like Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, enjoy all without having to fight island traffic, the PERFECT getaway... you may never want to leave! It is perfect for a family, multiple families, and groups. Everyone will love the large pool spa as you kick back and relax enjoying views of Sarasota Bay. This STUNNING Retreat Home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom home ( 2 jetted tubs), and over 4,000 square feet of living and vacation space, not to mention the amazing grounds, with two docks, a gorgeous salt water pool, your own gazebo, and 4 balcony's to enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets! There are outdoor dining areas seating 8 + 2 bar stools, and on the interior of the home, there is dining seating for 12, a dining table that seats 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has a King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, additional Double Queen, Queen, Double Twin, and Full-sized Bedrooms. Coffee Bar on the upper level so you do not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony of your bedroom! Adults and Kids will love the multiple TV areas. The pool/spa and outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets after enjoying a day on the water! Beach towels, beach chairs, and equipment are included - additional items can be rented through our preferred vendors at a discounted rate - ask your property manager for more details. Parking includes a large driveway fitting a maximum 6 cars. NO Parking on the private road leading to The Bay House Retreat. The home also features Smart TVs with cable in most bedrooms, living rooms, and outside. Downstairs bedroom with sitting area is perfect for kids with XBox ONE, board games and card games available like uno, skip bo, poker, boggle, monopoly, scrabble, etc., Two kayaks, Corn Hole, Basketball hoop, gas grill as well! “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours on the island are recognized from 10p-7a.”
