Sunridge D2 has zero steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is not pet-friendly. It is a premier-rated unit that sleeps eight. The living room is on the main floor, featuring an electric fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The fully functional kitchen includes a breakfast bar with two stools, while the dining room seats eight. This level also offers a powder room.

Upstairs, you'll find the first bedroom with a queen bed and a smart TV available for streaming only. The loft area features a queen sleep sofa, and they share the first full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a daybed with a trundle, a TV, and a second full bath.

Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. There is no gas grill available for guest use. This unit is within walking distance of the slopes, weather permitting, and shuttle service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two depending on location, with plenty of overflow parking available onsite within the communities.

All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue. 

During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball courts and the Community Pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required .
