A hidden paradise tucked away on Little Corn Island. Matteo offered a warm welcome and led us to the property from the port. Highly recommend for a private experience right on the beachfront.

De locatie is ideaal om rust te zoeken. Het huis was ruimer dan gedacht. Wij zijn hier een week gebleven en hadden er nog wel een week willen blijven. Het huis is ruim en ligt mooi aan het strand. Het ligt naast een restaurant en de winkels en meer restaurants zijn goed te lopen. Kinderen hebben hier veel gezwommen en het personeel was super.

This house is is roomy and in a great spot right on the beach! The porch is amazing and we spent many nights out there. We had no issues with mosquitos. We chose this house because it is on the windward side of the island so there was always a breeze blowing in off the sea. There are three doors that leading to the porch that face the sea that open and provide a great colling breeze through the house. The fans also helped keep our rooms cool. There are two fans on the wall and two fans that post on the floor. The fan in the room with the king bed is not noisy in the low position. We just used the floor post fans in the other room. We didnt cook but the kitchen has plenty of appliances to use. We liked that we had access to the washer machine. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk to choose from that are local and affordable. The north areas of the Island do not seem to have that option. The snorkeling on the beach in front of the house is almost non-existent, just a lot of sea grass. You would need to walk to another beach with rocks or a reef to see any marine life. The reef that protects the beach in front of the house is a far swim away. The car taker cleaned the sea grass from the beach daily and checked on us almost daily. The host does send someone to the dock upon arrival to help carry luggage, its about a 10 minute walk from the boat dock. I would suggest tipping them as does a note in the house.

The house could have been wiped down a little better inside before we arrived. There were shelves in the bathrooms and areas on the floor that had gecko poo on them. A little more attention to detail on this would go a long way. One of the two showers had some issue with its plumbing which prevented the water from falling out of the shower head as intended. The towels that were provided could be updated-there was a hole in at least one of them but still functional.
