Die Lage ist überdurchschnittlich gut und effektiv. Die Guardians sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber.
Ebenfalls sehr positiv sind die Müllschächte auf jeder Etage. Keinerlei Geruchsbelästigungen.
Bei Bedarf eines Klempners kam dieser sehr schnell, um die Situation im Badezimmer zu begutachten. Alles zusammen ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt
Eine kleine Empfehlung. Das separate Induktionskochfeld konnte nicht fest genug aufgestellt werden. Hier würde ein Platte Abhilfe schaffen, die auf die beiden Kochfelder aufgelegt werden könnte.
Und eine bis zwei Steckdosen mehr in der Küchenzeile würden das Gesamtbildbild richtig positiv abrunden.

The property is really nice , good location in the city of Cagayan de Oro . They have swimming pool in the building, the landlord is really friendly . It’s trustworthy also . It’s a good spot because you could see the mountains and the city .
