This is the best hotel in Margate. Everything was perfect, from the moment you walk in, the decor, the fine touches, the fantastic and friendly service from every single person who works at the hotel. This made our stay that much more relaxing, big appreciation for the staff. Having our room on the same floor as the pantry was lovely. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks Jamie for sorting our room.

Beautifully decorated, cool, chill vibe hotel in fantastic location. Loved everything about it. Very friendly, helpful staff. We had an amazing view of the beach from our room. Cool music plays in the reception and bar area where we had cocktails on our first night. The breakfast was really good. Simply a great place to stay. We'd love to go back 🙂

Great location. Great breakfast in their Pearly Cow restaurant. Great room and balcony overlooking the beach. Great rooftop bar. Great friendly staff. What more to say?

Well located, with comfortable fabrics in the rooms.

I had never been asked to book a breakfast slot, it added unnecessary formality to the holiday. Further, asking for a small extension of 30 min on the checkout and not getting a kind reminder that there's a small grace period anyway added further unnecessary formality. Seemed a relaxed and luxurious place, it's just OK.
