The location is very convenient, walking distance to the beach and food shops. The street parking is free. The hotel is very clean, high standards, easy to find and in a safe area. The customer service was absolutely helpful and brilliant and was welcomed with a cold bottle of water :)

Well appointed clean room with a great view out to the sea (somewhat spoilt by the poorly maintained Winter Garden).
With only single glazing, the road noise was poor. We had to book in late, which was preplanned, so I attempted to confirm with the hotel in advance that this was OK but couldn’t get through other than to a request to leave a recorded message (I tried several times) - no one called back so I also sent an email mail and finally got a reply the day we arrived. On arrival we were hoping for a drink, but the bar wasn’t open as the number of guests was low (understandable), but weren’t offered an alternative, such as drinks we could take to our room. The person on reception was perfectly nice, but this attention to detail and poor communication was lacking and impacted our stay.
