Clean and central
The entrance door had an issue. Our room had an interior courtyard view.

The location is great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They contacted me before our arrival to check whether we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was very clean and met all my expectations. There is also a study area and a meeting room, making it a good option if you need to do some work during your holiday. I didn't realize that we had left a teddy bear and a charging cable behind until the hotel kindly texted me to let me know. They kept the items for two days until we were able to return to Thessaloniki and collect them.
The windows need to have fly screens, as we were bitten by mosquitoes when we opened the windows at night. The air conditioning works really well, so you don't need to open the windows, but I don't like sleeping with the AC on. It would be nice to be able to keep the windows open at night without mosquitoes coming in.

Obviously, the hotel is brand new and clean, and the staff were very kind.
We booked 2 rooms facing the main avenue and the noise was unbearable.
We hardly got any sleep throughout 2 nights we stayed here.
Maybe the rooms facing the back street are quieter but the rooms facing the main avenue are not recommended.
Additionally, it says on this site that the hotel has a fitness center which definitely wasn't there.
