La posizione è vicinissima al mare ed alla zona della passeggiata serale: c'è un'uscita direttamente sul lungomare. Le spiagge più belle sono a 10 e a 15 min di distanza a piedi. La zona è frequentata in maniera serena la sera da persone e famiglie che passeggiano, cenano (o pranzano) e vanno al mare. Spiagge curate con bagnini e docce a disposizione per tutti. L'alloggio è in un palazzo dotato di grande piscina condominiale con giardino, alberi e prato. Il palazzo ha molti piani ma ci sono 2 ascensori. Dalla parte dell'ingresso principale ci sono molti parcheggi e a poca distanza dei market per acquisto di beni di prima necessità. L'alloggio è ad un piano alto, con bella visuale e grande privacy anche sul balcone. Utilissima la lavatrice.
Lo stabile si presenta un po' old fashion, con zone comuni (interne ed esterne) che avrebbero bisogno di ammodernamento. Non è tutto pulitissimo, anche se nulla di eccessivo. Il bagno è OK ma la doccia che era spesso intasata ed è stato necessario sturarla più di una volta; manca il bidet ma fuori Italia è difficile da trovare.

Ble møtt av vertinnen som viste leiligheten. God kommunikasjon med denne pr tlf.
Nydelige senger og godt utstyrt leilighet.
Rørene i dusjen var det eneste som skapte problem fordi vannet ikke trakk ned. Holdt på å bli oversvømmelse flere ganger og en kunne ikke dusje etter hverandre.
