Above expectations. Walking distance to everything. Car park at property. Great kitchen, laundry and bathroom facilities. Spacious.
Proximity to street in a university town meant during the night there was a bit of street activity that woke me up.

The house was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We made considerable use of the coffee machine and the location was fantastic! The hosts were also able to offer us a later check-out time on this occasion which we greatly appreciated. The guide to the house that was provided prior to our arrival was also very useful and I wish more people did it!

Appartamento su due piani con posto auto all'ingresso. Splendidamente ristrutturato ed arredato in ogni particolare, segni di una sensibilità della proprietà certo non comune. Bellissimi i messaggi che la proprietà ha lasciato in giro per casa e tutto, veramente di tutto, a disposizione compreso biscotti e le cialde di caffe. La possibilità di ricaricare la macchina ibrida nel cortile privato di casa senza farsi spennare dalle ricariche pubbliche. Vicinissimo al centro di Canterbury che meritava certo più di due giorni. Che dire poi del wc con seduta elettronica per lavaggio e asciugatura. Un elemento certo molto costoso che non può che emozionare tutti i turisti abituati a casa al bidet.... Complimenti!!!

The property was situated on a roundabout of a very busy road and pedestrian thoroughfare. The traffic & street noise was relentless and made it impossible to sleep
