About this house rental

Situated in Florence, this lovely house for $89 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy the Wilson Park Fountain. Wander around the historic streets of the University of North Alabama while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee and relax in a cozy patio looking out into nature and part of downtown Florence. We are a pet friendly VRBO and there is a $50 pet fee per animal(: The space: This space is a duplex with its own entrance and parking. You do not ever have to interact with other people. You do not share anything at all it is, its own space. This home is on the 1st floor. If the duplex is rented out from the 2nd floor you will have neighbors but rest assure we only allow guests to stay here with good track record, (good reviews) I am a super host and have been for a long time now. I will always do my best to ensure my guests enjoy the most out of there stay. Guest access You will have access to the driveway coming in from the neighborhood. You have access to the patio on right hand side next to the front door entrance. It is fenced in, perfect for pets! Parking: You can park all along the driveway that is all yours and not have to be shared with the 2nd floor at all.

The place was very convenient and what a nice surprise to be so close to the Rosenbaum house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Very quiet location too.

This location was very convenient to downtown, was super clean, and had a great vibe. I loved the back porch and the beds were very comfy. The only thing lacking was a sink in the kitchenette space. I definitely will book again when I come to visit my daughters at UNA. Thanks for being a great host!

We loved this little apartment. It was clean, decorated perfectly, and very peaceful. We didn’t need a kitchen since we weren’t there long. Having a fridge was nice though. It was the perfect size and fit our needs perfectly!! Would definitely stay there again.

The place was really nice, new furniture and great patio to relax on. We had the bottom level of the house, but we never had to interact with other guest. Separate Drive ways, and fenced in yards. This will be our go to when we are in town. *Just a note There is no Dining room table or stove if you plan to cook, But it did have a microwave, Air fryer and a nice Keurig.
