Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great little rental in the Aptos area. It accommodated our group of six nicely. It is completely furnished and updated and is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was properly stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Not a common thing in rentals. Our kids liked the separate rooms and our dog had room for her kennel. Every inch of the home was used for something.
