Highlights include dual living areas, a pool table, alfresco dining on the back deck, and choice furnishings throughout. Stroll to the beach for blissful days playing in the sand and surf. Discover a plethora of nearby outdoor activities including kayaking, wildlife viewing, hiking, biking, and golf. LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on a large sectional in the living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 42in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. Group fun awaits in the loft, boasting a pool table, 48in flat-screen TV with cable, love seat, and a sleeper sofa. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare fresh meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of appliances. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for six. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the loft. Find comfort in the master bedroom, featuring a brand-new queen bed with an adjustable base and direct deck access. The second bedroom is also furnished with a brand-new queen bed with an adjustable base. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. The master bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six on the back deck. After fun-filled days at the beach, rinse off at the heated outdoor shower. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Beach chairs/toys/umbrellas are provided in the rental. Parking is available for one car. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This rental does not have air-conditioning. THE LOCATION Stroll 6 minutes from your door along Aptos Creek to Rio Del Mar State Beach to spend blissful days playing by the water. Or continue walking along the Monterey Bay shoreline to Seacliff Beach. Explore a host of eclectic eateries -- all within a mile. Discover a plethora of nearby outdoor activities, including hiking and biking at Nisene Marks State Park (4 miles) or kayaking and wildlife viewing at Elkhorn Slough (16 miles). Visit the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium (36 miles). Tee off at Seascape Golf Club (2 miles) or Pebble Beach Golf Links (40 miles). If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Great location, walking distance to beach. We had a great time at Moosehead manor and loved being in Aptos. It’s not fancy but is a classic Santa Cruz style beach house…. We would stay here again.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay. Place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Would be a great home to rent or own ha. Only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure in the showers. Other than that, we couldn’t of stayed in a better home. Thank you guys 🤙

House was awesome. It was very spacious with cool features like the gas fireplace that not only looks great but warms up the house quick. There was enough space for two dogs without worrying too much about floors since the bottom is all solid tile. A great walk to the beach- only 5 minutes away. Great internet. Great location. We came for my grandsons graduation. The location was perfect. Our only problem was entering the property. The keypad did not work, we called, were supposed get a call back in 5 minutes but no one called . We finally got someone who could help us get in. After driving 6 hrs. Not good.
