Perfect location! The staff was so nice!
My first nights sleep was really awful the people above me were up all night long making so much noise 🥹. I thought of leaving. But the hotel staff was so kind and gave me a new room and it was quiet and perfect for the rest of my stay!!

This is a gem. For the first time in a while this place was me and my husband‘s 10 out of 10 place. It met all the needs, wants and desires.
It would’ve been if you didn’t have a fill station access to clean water when I called they said they did not but we actually found one by the pool so really there was nothing that I didn’t like because I had access to clean water.

Absolutely beautiful location. Loved the golf carts taking to us to beach.
Didn’t like all the noise from teenagers at 2 in the morning . Partying every night . I guess it’s a yearly thing we learned.

- The room was large with a well equipped kitchen.
- The grounds were nice with plenty of space to explore.
- The main pool is being renovated, so there are just two pools available. At one pool there were only two parasols for roughly 40 sun loungers and no other shade. At the other there wasn’t any shade whatsoever with no umbrellas. This meant we could not use the pools as we couldn’t protect our baby from the sun.
- The fridge in our room was leaking.
- The light on the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work.
- The water pressure was low.
- When we switched from the bath taps to the shower, water still came out the bath taps.
- There was no air conditioning.
- For the price we paid we thought the hotel was run down and expensive.
