The house is very nice with plenty of room. We had five adults and two infants so we had an enormous amount of extra room. The backyard with the pool the three hole Putt-Putt and the large Connect Four is very entertaining. Unfortunately for us the weather was unseasonably cold so even though the pool was heated we opted not to swim. Host was very easy to communicate with. Cons: the stools around the kitchen counter are quite uncomfortable. We chose to sit at the table but it would have been nice to be able to sit at the counter as well. If you are a traveler who likes to unpack into dresser drawers then this house is not for you. While there are no dressers there are shelves within the closet that you can put your clothes on if you so desire. I used to travel weekly for work so I personally am okay with living out of a suitcase. Overall the house is great and if I found myself back in the area, I would definitely consider renting again.

Our stay was an absolute delight and exceeded our expectations! The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the beds were so comfortable! The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering helpful tips about the local area and promptly addressing any questions we had. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend.

This trip was a birthday celebration for my daughter and myself with our family of 4 adults and 5 children. This year we had BIG birthday numbers, and decided to make our yearly family vacation BIGGER than we normally do.So Florida here we come! This house was wonderful!! Spacious and clean with a swimming pool! A big beautiful kitchen and a table that we could all sit at! Close to everything! Close to all the beaches! We visited 3 during our 5 day stay. Our host was the best! He had refreshments in the frig after our long day of travel, and he had birthday cake pops and birthday supplies for us to celebrate with. The grand kids loved it! There is a nature park about 1/2 mile from the house, we walked to it, spent a few hours and walked back. The house is in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We loved this house and none of us wanted to leave! We will be back for sure!! Rent this you will be glad you did and you will not find a better host than Bryan!!!

This property was great! House and pool were clean and ready for our arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and then some! Kitchen also has 2 coffee pots, 1 regular drip and 1 kcup, which was nice because one person in our group was a decaf drinker. We had a group of 9 (adults and kids) we had plenty of space and towels! Very nice that the pool has a gate to keep the young kids out of that area when we weren't swimming. 4 hole putt putt and big connect 4 game were enjoyed by all. House also had lots of bonus items aka sand toys, pool floats, beach umbrella, beach chairs, wagon, bikes. Bryan has thought of everything. Bryan was easily available whenever we had questions, which was greatly appreciated. House is very close to Indian Rocks Beach and we even found free beach parking a couple times. Go for the sunsets...they are amazing. Also suggest checking out: Tropical Ice Cream & Coffee (right over the bridge) they have over 140 flavors to choose from! Kooky Coconut - also for ice cream, staff was so friendly! Make the short drive to Clearwater and visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium where Dolphins tale was filmed. This was a great family trip! Would definitely come back to this house again!
