Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive house for $635 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Located less than ½-block from the beach, Breathe Easy Beach Cottage is walkable to restaurants, bars, coffee & ice cream shops, boutiques, playgrounds, parks and tennis courts. This sweet cottage is fully updated and includes all of your beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys, cooler, beach wagon and 2 bicycles). Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests ABOUT THE COTTAGE: Layout is perfect for a family vacation, small groups (girls/guys getaways), or multiple couples/families traveling together: Two separate bedroom/bathroom areas, with plenty of shared gathering space in between, PLUS a separate backyard cabana (bonus space). • On one side of the house you will find the large master bedroom with King size bed, 40” smart TV and en suite bathroom, as well as a second very large adjoining bedroom with a double-bunk bed (full size bed on the bottom and twin size on top, sleeps up to three). • The other two bedrooms (both Queen size) and another full bathroom are located on the opposite side of the house, creating the sense of having two semi-private “suites” under the same roof. • We provide oversized beach towels, luxury bath towels and bed linens, spa-quality shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, hair dryers, as well as two Pack n Plays and one highchair. Between these two separate sleeping quarters are the shared living spaces: • Main Living Room with 65” smart TV • Fully-equipped Kitchen: fridge/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, family-size toaster and all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need for creating memorable meals together. • Dining Room with a huge table that easily seats 10! • Large "Gathering Room" (2nd living room/family room that is separate from the main living room). This space offers a comfy seating area with a sofa that converts to a Queen size bed. The other end of this room has a table for playing games, doing puzzles or craft projects on a rainy day, or a dedicated work-from-home space that’s away from the main flow of the house. • Laundry room with full size washer/dryer, iron & ironing board The separate backyard CABANA offers a quiet space away from the bustle of the main house. (Use it as a Home Office, Teen Hang-out, She Shed, Man Cave, or all of the above!) If you've got a big group, you'll appreciate having this separate space to get some work done or give the kids a dedicated play space. *Note it is NOT extra sleeping quarters. We- 6 adults - had a wonderful Thanksgiving family reunion at the Indian Rocks Beach Breathe Easy Cottage. The cottage was immaculate, and had everything needed for “at home” living. The melamine tumblers and glasses looked like real glass, which was nice, especially since it was holiday time. The luggage racks were the best any of us had ever used and the furnishings perfect for a beach time away. We used the TV very little, preferring, instead to sit in the comfortable room with the game/puzzle table and around the spacious dining table, both areas conducive for talking and laughing. (Often, with today’s Smart TVS and iphones, we forget how to talk with one another.) With much of the weather dreary during our stay, we were only able to sit on the patio on one sunny afternoon in the comfortable adirondack chairs. The beach access is close-by. The beach sand is white and the beach is wide and beautiful. Finally, the printed information on everything we needed to know before and during our visit, and especially, the check-list for checking-out were detailed and complete and very helpful. Perfect!

Our group of 4 couples stayed here for a long weekend to enjoy the beach and attend a Titans/Bucs game. The house is just as pictured- well decorated, clean and SO close to the beach! The house had everything you could need, including a big assortment of beach chairs and umbrellas, a wagon to pull it in, and beach towels for each guest. Erika the property manager responded quickly whenever I had a question. And the location cannot be beat- literally a 2 minute walk and you’re on the beach! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Best house we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed for our stay, plus things we didn’t know we needed! It was well decorated and very clean. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a little convenience store. We plan on staying here for our next visit to the area.

Very clean. Very short walk to the beach, convenience store and Great pizza at Chicago Jaqx. Bikes and beach gear were a plus. I would recommend updating the beach chairs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the AC in one of the back bedrooms did not work very well to keep the room cool. These couple of things are minor and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

We used this property to get away for a weekend by the beach with my daughter’s 4 friends and our family. It could have not been more perfect. Very clean, close to beach, great yard and everything we needed to cook meals for 9 people.

Perfect house for a beach vacation for families! The location was great and a very easy walk to the beach. The house easily fit our group of 9 (4 adults, two 11 year olds, one 9 year old, two 6 year olds) and their was plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. I loved how beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas etc. were all provided and included, I was so happy I didn’t need to pack and bring those. Erika was an amazing hostess! She was organized and very responsive to texts when I had questions or any needs. She was also so kind and even mailed a souvenir we left behind! Loved the laid back and quiet beach town of Indian Rocks Beach. We would definitely come back and recommend to other families!

Erika’s house was perfect for our Summer beach trip. We honestly didn’t know a ton about the area, but just wanted to be close to the beach and walkable to restaurants, stores, etc.
What we discovered is how charming Indian Rocks is in that it was more laid back than Clearwater to the North and St. Pete to the South. We had access to it all but preferred the more quiet and less congested beach town.
Erika is amazing in her organization and communication as a host. The house is exactly as described and was clean, comfortable, attractive in its decor, and again, so so close to the beach and dining. If I had to do it over again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

The accommodations were excellent! Our entire family was able to fit comfortably, plenty of bedding and towels for everyone throughout our stay. We enjoyed our evenings outside in the backyard after days of Funning & Sunning on the Beach, which was easy and quick to get to from the house. Restaurants and Bars walking distance from home were great, even for our 20 something family members. Erika was a Wonderful hostess and was easily accessible and available to address any needs throughout our stay. Definitely recommend and family has already talked about returning again. Thanks Erika for everything! We had a Wonderful Time!

The home owner has done a brilliant job of ensuring the house truly feels like a little bit of paradise.
We are familiar with the area but were delighted at just how perfect the house was.
Everything you could possibly need was at hand. There was even a seperate cabana ideal for anyone having to actually work whilst staying.
As a group of 2 families the layout worked brilliantly, the showers were something else.
Definitely happy to return in the future ☺️

Erika is a great host. I booked her house for me and my family but I was not able to join them. I’m from Mexico and my husband from Colombia so our family and friends are not used to the renting policies and rules. Unfortunately, we had some issues with check-in and number of people arriving at the property. Erika was great at communicating her concerns and we were able to find a solution together to solve the problem and our family and friends were able to enjoy every minute of her place and the proximity to the beach! I love the fact that Erika was friendly, respectful, and accommodating even when the people broke a couple of arrival rules. I hope that I can utilize her space in the future for myself and my husband.
Her place is just as described and seen in the pictures and the close proximity to the beach is a plus!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach home. The pictures accurately depicted what the home looks like and the amenities it has. We greatly appreciated the towels, toys, wagon and other items that were provided to help us enjoy the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable.
I would have appreciated the ability to control the HVAC temp myself, but Erika did accomodate my request to make it cooler than the default temperature. She was always responsive to messages.
We would stay at this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Breathe Easy. The house is very clean and nicely set up for a weekend rental. Host Erika has done an excellent job making it feel cozy. There are different areas to relax in and a large outdoor space if the weather is warm enough for outdoor eating and lounging . The beach is just across the road so you can pop over for a morning walk or evening sunset. The only drawback for four adult friends staying here is that one bedroom is connected to another without its own access. We highly recommend this property.

We decided to tack on a couple of relaxing days at the end of our Disney trip by spending a couple of days at the beach.
So happy we did!! This beautifully decorated property was everything we needed and had everything we needed. We had 4 littles and the bunk for them plus a pack n play really came in handy. In fact, all of the beds were very comfortable.
Erika was very responsive when we needed to be in touch and was very helpful with local dining suggestions.
She has everything you need for the beach which is just a short walk across the street! The property is close to multiple restaurants. We ordered from Grouoers a couple of times which was so close.
Just sad our time was so short. I highly recommend this property!

Very nicely appointed and clean. Great location. Only encountered a few glitches. The beach chairs were rusty and one actually broken. One of the beach umbrellas was also unusable. There were only three bikes, not the four promised. We told the owner at the end of our stay and she said she would remedy the problems. Wish the house had wine glasses and not plastic.

Overall great experience! The house is located just a short walk from the beach which is absolutely gorgeous. I also enjoyed Indian Rocks coffee shop which is just around the corner. The house itself is decorated so nicely and has plenty of sleeping areas. I also love how they supply beach bikes! Communication with hose was very easy. If I were to offer one small suggestion it may be to get a gate on the side of the yard to help those people traveling with pets. But truly, they really have thought of everything! Thank you!

Great winter get away
The house was lovely and appointed with everything you would need. The access to the beach was right across the street. A bit of construction on a nearby pool and a new house going up across the street but the owner has no control over this. My only suggestion is to put up a privacy fence and gate (security for your pet) on the other side of the backyard and do some yard cleanup. Otherwise it was great.
