The property was ideally located just a 10 minute walk into Lagos centre (the walk was through residential areas). The property was clean and perfect for what we needed it for.
The property was really great. There were a couple things that if I was being very picky I would say
1. There could do with there being a slightly larger rubbish bin in the kitchen area as we struggled fitting all our rubbish in the small one.
2. The water pressure in the shower was not the best but this likely can’t be helped

Eigenlijk was alles naar behoren. Wat een fijne plek om te zijn en een super lieve verhuurder!

Locatie, properheid en ontvangst
Heel slecht bed. terras was niet zo prive als je beneden zat. Kamer was nog al basic.

En apartamento es muy nuevo y la decoración muy cuidada. Lo mejor las instalaciones, la piscina con las tumbonas, las terrazas... Y como hay pocos apartamentos es todo muy íntimo.
Tiene aparcamiento en el interior, lo que se agradece mucho.
La entrada es autogestionada y Sandra nos envió las instrucciones perfectamente. La comunicación ha sido muy fluida, respondía en seguida.
Hay detalles que hacen que una estancia pase de ser buena a ser estupenda. En este caso lo peor ha sido el descanso. Es una pena que siendo tan nuevo hayan puesto un colchón de los de muelles antiguos, que te enteras de todo lo que hace tu acompañante. Pero peor son las almohadas, muy finas y llenas de bolos. Ni siquiera tienen un cojín un poco mullido que te permita ver la tele o estar incorporada en la cama. Y esto ya lo había leído por aquí, así que si no lo cambian es porque no quieren. Y por último, tienen persianas eléctricas que no funcionan. Han puesto cortinas blackout que tapan fatal el ventanal, que para más inri da al este y nos tenían despiertos desde las 7 y pico de la mañana. Nos ha venido bien para visitar la zona...
En general falla en los detalles. La cocina también podía estar mejor equipada: sartenes decentes, una bayeta, tijeras... La cafetera es de cápsulas, pero una marca diferente a las de España, no es tipo Nespresso o dolce gusto. Y no funcionaba muy bien.
Creo que la valoración es muy buena por las instalaciones, no por la comodidad.
