Disappointment on 7 days of rest.

They left us washing powder for 1 wash. the refrigerator cools well the presence of an elevator in the house

1.We were most disappointed by the discrepancy between the location of the apartment and the data on booking.com because we expected to spend more time at the ocean, which turned out to be much further away. 2.I want to clarify that this is NOT the FIRST LINE, as it is stated, it takes at least 10 minutes to walk to the beach, it is about 800 meters (on the way to the ocean you need to pass by several other residential complexes). 3.Playa de la Tejita is 1.8 km (23 minutes) away, and the nearest beach is Playa de Sotavento. 4.There is no separate entrance as stated in the description, and the entrance is only through the entrance of the apartment building. 5.The furniture and kitchen utensils are in poor condition, and the refrigerator is very noisy. 6.The apartment does not have enough soap, toilet paper and shower gel. 7.You can even hear the neighbors talking through the wall - poor sound insulation. 8.The panoramic window in the bedroom does not close properly: the locking mechanism is missing or does not work, it doesn't lock. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling window can be opened even from the outside by simply pulling the sash to the side, which creates a security problem.

Great location, good access to the beaches and a short walk/bus into town. Lots of shops nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable - really perfect

Pleasant stay, cost effective and functional rather than romantic and relaxing

Clean and comfy, walkable to a small supermarket. On site secure parking

The negatives weren’t within the control of the host - there was a bit of construction going on outside and unfortunately the balcony doesn’t get the sun in the afternoon or evening. Location wise there’s not much around it.

poco menaje, el sofá cama debería renovarlo urgentemente. las toallas nada mas usarlas cogían olor horroroso y eran pequeñas. Sin duda ese sofá cama debería estar prohibido.
