Comfortable enough to spend a night between flights. Clean and tidy, Omar was very helpful and the staff overall very friendly. Nice service. Reasonable price.
It’s posted as a five star hotel so there are certain expectations. However, it couldn’t be more than three stars in reality. We booked all inclusive full board and did receive meals but they were set meals, soup and salad repeated at lunch and dinner, at breakfast all food that you would expect at least warm (eggs, sausages, fries) was cold. Selection very limited.
There were some photos of the food which we assumed would be served in the hotel, but hey are actually from a sweet shop next door, so that’s misleading.
Toilet paper ran out and was only one roll in the room so we had to ask for refill straight away.
There was coffee and tea and a kettle, but the cups were paper, so really not five star hotel quality.

The staff was nice.
For a hotel in this location, most guests stay for just one night while transferring between flights. After a long journey, all we needed was comfort: a warm shower, Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a nice dinner. Unfortunately, none of these came without problems.
We had reserved a baby cot in advance, but we had to ask for it again upon arrival. We couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password and had to ask for that as well. The shower was broken, and since we were only staying one night, it didn’t make sense to request a room change. To make things worse, the phone in our room didn’t work, so every time we needed something, we had to go downstairs to the reception.
We were also not informed that there would be no choice for dinner. We were served chicken, rice, and soup, which tasted good, but it would have been better if this had been communicated in advance.
