The delicious mint tea, tasty breakfasts and the beautiful atmosphere of the riad. The location was also a big plus — very convenient for exploring Marrakech.

El Riad es muy bonito y muy cómodo, muy bien ubicado a unos minutos de la plaza lo recomiendo muchísimo. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, la habitación la limpian todos los días y los desayunos de Rachida son lo mejor. Volveremos sin duda☺️

The breakfast was satisfying and there was the possibility of turning the AC on. The room was quite clean.
After we arrived the employer told us we need to pay 55 MAD for taxes, like everybody does (I did not experience this in Marrakesh before!). Then we go to our ‘deluxe’ room and find out there are NO windows (technically yes but facing just another room). The air was terrible, I couldnt sleep because of the stuffiness in the room. There was an AC but we could not keep it on at all times, as it gives us a headache. In the morning, after a barely slept night, while on the toilette, we realize there were no back up toilette paper. We text the host to ask if we can leave our bags until 4 pm and dont get an answer until 5pm, saying it is ok. So naturally, we take our bags with us that whole day (13kg bags on 40 degrees outside). The woman preparing the breakfast was quite nice, however, spoke only morrocan and french, which we didnt; and after the breakfast asked for ‘5 stars review’. Like I said, decide for yourselves.
