Very nicely designed and lovely breakfast, the staff were all very nice too.
There’s a couple very sweet cats around the hotel, you can buy them some food from the little shop there.
Our room was lovely big and very comfortable. On the first night the water in the shower was too hot and we couldn’t control it, but they fixed it immediately and offered us other rooms if we wanted to.
Nothing, the area is classic medina so feels a little bit dodgy sometimes but it’s actually quite safe.
The taxi offered by the hotel is very expensive and doesn’t have air conditioning. Uber is much better value and newer cars.

The staff here are exceptional. They treat you like part of their family, checking in to make sure you're comfortable without ever being pushy or intrusive. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, and you could tell how much care and dedication went into keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the property. The hotel felt like a true oasis, offering a peaceful escape from the noise and smells of the Medina outside.
Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative. It's easy to see why this hotel has earned its 5 star reputation.

Zalige plek om rust te vinden in het drukke Marrakech. Warme ontvangst en zeer behulpzaam personeel. Ook ons vertrek werd door hun geregeld. Prachtige moderne inrichting van deze riad: mooi werk!
