Location is great, the neighborhood is vibrant and fun, a little gritty "looking" but not really. I felt safe walking around alone in the evening in the vicinity. The room was sparkling clean and big, the fridge and coffee machine were good to have.
The elevator did not work all the time, occasionally it simply would not respond when called or when I got inside the door would not close and head up to 3rd floor Mariet. I used the steps a lot over my 2-night stay, including upon departure when I had to carry my luggage down 3 flights. Also, the "spa" in the name is a misnomer -- the "boutique" collection of rooms is not a spa, but there is a hammam feature in the shower cabin if you can figure out how to use it. Water in the shower took a VERY long time to heat up, but this may have been user error since the tech specs of the shower cabin were confusing to me.

Loved everything about the room and the spa like extras. The hostess was just genuine and went out of her way to arrange for a taxi. I always travel with lysol and wipe everything down, but for the first time ever, that wasn't necessary. It was sooo clean!

Great location, 2 mins walk to Monistraki.
Very clean. Amazing staff. Special praise for Marina (manager) who went out of her way to help us with our luggage that had been delayed on our flight from Australia. Her kindness and help went above and beyond what you would normally expect.

Perfect location. The room was clean and the AC was working fine. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
The host didn't communicate the codes to get in and out timely. We had to wait outside over an hour for getting in.
The room was much smaller than expected from the pictures.
