Situated in Athens, this attractive condo for $119 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We call this apartment CT3. Apartment CT3 is a new apartment with two bathrooms that sleeps up to 7 guests. It has a balcony and access to a roof top terrace with Acropolis views. The apartment sleeps 2 in the bedroom and 5 more in the large living room. The bedroom has a king size bed that can be set up as 2 singles. In the living room there is one more king size bed that also can be set up as 2 singles, 1 single bed and 2 single sofa beds. The double bed and the single bed in the living room are separated from the main living area / kitchen with a roll top. The apartment has two full bathrooms, one is en suite to the bedroom. It offers free WiFi, flat screen TV, A/C, and a well equipped kitchen that also has dish washer. It has a washing machine, a dryer as well as a drying rack. Location info This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka. Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus. Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located. Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather work shops. It has great restaurants, cafes, art spaces and an outdoor cinema where you can enjoy films in the original language. You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora. Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired. The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character. CHECK IN INFO • We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am. • For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available). Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

Friendly. Beds very comfortable. Clean. Walking distance to many things. We didn't need a car. I only rated location 4 because there were a few abandoned buildings nearby and it was dark. We didn't have any problems but I was on more of alert in that area. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Clean apartment that is fully furnished with washer and dryer. Excellent communication with host. Host was very accommodating and took us on a tour around the neighborhood to point out bakery, restaurant recommendations and mini market. Driver Demetris was always available when needed.

The owner are easy to join by mail, they give us advices and a guide to visit the acropole. Take thier taxi from the aeroport, very usefull.

The apartment is in a great location … easy walking distance to archeological sites and to fun restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This apartment is in a great location. When you first pull up to the place it does look like it is in a sketchy area, but you will be happy you picked this place. Lia was super responsive and got back to me within 30 minutes anytime I sent her a question. We had her set up the transfer from the airport and we were very happy we did as we got in late. Dimitrious was waiting for us at the airport, took care of our bags and got us aquatinted with the apartment. Couple of things to note: The hot water heater needs to be switched on about 20 minutes before you shower. Just flip the fuse in the fuse box on the wall by the front door. Next thing, when you walk out the apartment building door, take a right, walk to the end of the street and take a left. Stay on that road and it will take you all the way to Monastraki Square. The road is filled with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries. The area is quaint and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay in this great apartment in the artist district of Athens. It was close to everything, particularly a fun, vibrant neighbourhood of eateries and shops. Communication with our hosts was easy and immediate before arrival. Our flight was late but Yannis stayed late to make sure we were checked in, gave us a thorough tour of the whole apartment, and then gave us a full tour of the whole neighbourhood and spent 30 minutes walking us around the block and showing us recommended restaurants, the bakery in the grocery store. If we had not had this tour, we would not have nearly as good a time. We managed to hit four of his recommendations and all were Excellent. Particularly the wine bar. Do yourself a favour and stay with these hosts.

Loved the apartment and the little get away from the crowds the location offered. The balcony was a fun place to have coffee and check out the scenery. Rooftop terrace offered a fantastic view of the Acropolis and very special at night. The manager was a great help to us!!

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely apartment. We were able to travel easily to everywhere we wanted without need of a car and it was very quiet at night despite central location. Had intended to eat in often but the range of restaurants within walking distance frequently tempted us out with their delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thanks Costos for ensuring that we were comfortable and all our needs were met.

Could not have wished for more. Very helpful staff located close by. Very comfortable and spacious unit. Location was outstanding for walking and enjoying the city. We used the recommended taxi service from the airport and were met there on arrival, and then driven straight to our VRBO. I would highly recommend this if you are not familiar with the city streets. I strongly recommend this unit, and the services of the owner.

Comfortable and reasonably well equipped (a broom would have been handy!), easy walking down stance of most places of major interest. Area run down and heavily graffitied but close to lively bar and cafe street and Monastiraki Square. We would stay here again very willingly. Ioannis and partners were very helpful and friendly.
