We love Hardwicke Bay and location we have stayed in holiday rentals hundreds of times and had amazing experiences however AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

When we arrived we went to cook sausage rolls in oven, didn't work, no screens on windows and got attacked by mosquitoes, it was too hot as air conditioner was terrible, it was not working properly then exploded one night, to which we found old rusty fork in the back of it, we left to show landlords and did the right thing and phoned to tell them, bottom toilet wasn't attached properly, bbq old and rusted (we also got blamed for this.. go figure 🤷‍♀️)... we gave positive feedback and let them know all issues only to then be blamed for the damage ourselves!!! And our bond held to repair multiple PRE EXISTING problems! So disgraceful and disappointing, we are taking further however extremely over priced for such a run down property! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
