So easy to get to everything. The place is so close to everything. You can watch the Dollywood fireworks from your balcony. The extra space was absolutely essential traveling with children.
The walls and windows aren’t thin. You can hear the traffic from the road . But it wasn’t a big deal at all.

The view were amazing! It was very roomy.
They need to have more parking space. The room had a musty smell and the shower in the main bedroom kept dripping

Good location. Nice people.
Building maintenance was not good, elevator area walls were nasty in certain areas. Landscaping area of the building needs work. Ceiling fan in the room shorted out tripping the breaker for the bedroom. Dripping shower head in the main bathroom and was some mold on the overhead air conditioning vents in the room.
