The property was equipped with everything we needed and was located in a quiet area. It was perfect for our stay and very well-suited for travelling with our 1.5 year old toddler. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the interior design, as the rooms felt both stylish and homely. The south-facing balcony was lovely, with a high fence all around to keep our toddler safe. The bathroom was compact yet spacious, featuring lovely tiling and a shower with dual heads. A travel cot with a blanket was provided, and the super king-size bed was very comfortable. The host even provided snacks and drinks, which was a lovely surprise. The instruction manuals for all the appliances, such as the microwave and washing machine, were nicely organised in a folder should they be needed. Also, upon our arrival, the host provided clear instructions on everything, including how to lock the doors, use the air conditioning and turn on the fans. I can definitely recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Loved the location, that it was situated on the ground floor - we had a tonne of luggage and we loved having a balcony to step out onto for fresh air.
The bathroom is compact but everything works well so no complaints.
It was warm in the flat but having aircon and fans and being able to open the balcony doors solved that immediately.

It is the best flat among many in which me and my daughter stayed in years. It is in good location (25 min away from St James Park on underground) , have everything you need and more and has a reliable host which is a rare thing these days. I strongly recommend this flat.

Communication with Pauline was excellent. The apartment is charming. The shower and bed were great, the kitchen was well stocked. The location was new for us in London and we enjoyed the quiet and safe neighborhood vibe while being walking distance to two underground stations. It was unseasonably hot in London but the living room a/c kept up. The bedroom had an overhead fan and thick curtains which kept the room cool.There is even a little balcony overlooking the tennis courts and we enjoyed having our coffee out there.
