We had to book this tiny accommodation as a last resort because our B&B option in the historic Arles was overbooked and cancelled last minute. We did not plan to walk so much to the central city, but there is a bus line and also Uber. The room is tiny, but is is OK for one night stay. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, they spoke some English and we got by with our limited French. The breakfast was really good and included in rate. The host allowed us to stay out on the back patio after dinner, which was a nice touch. Good WiFi, good water, clean.
Well, this is one of the smallest rooms you can possibly stay in, 9 sq. m, and we had two adults and a kid. It is basically a motel next to a very busy highway and far from the historic core of Arles, about 25 minute walk. That said, we were happy they had room available literally at the last minute (see above) and also for one of the cheapest rates in town for that day.

The private parking and the location not too far from the city center. It's possible to get also a bus (with limited availability though). Breakfast at€7,50 was ok and the staff was very friendly.
The room is very tiny and also the bathroom. It's good for a 1night stay but I wouldn't do more than that. It didn't seem to be very well looked after especially the bathroom, which looked cheap and not up to the standard.
