Jedná se o apartmánový dům v klidné části poblíž přístavu. Celý apartmán je na šířku celého domu, díky čemuž z terasy vidíte na bazén a přístav a z druhé přímo na Pico de Teide, viz přiložené fotografie.
I když jde o apartmánový dům, je zde mnoho samostatných vchodů, tedy máte veliké soukromí. Naprosto skvělé je parkovací místo v uzavřené garáži odkud je výtah přímo ke dveřím apartmánu. Žádné dlouhé chodby, žádné recepce.
Apartmán má dvě ložnice s vlastními koupelnami a toaletami. Dále je k dispozici velmi příjemná terasa a obyvák. Kuchyň je VELMI dobře vybavena. My jsme docela dost cestovali, proto se nám hodilo dózy na potraviny. K dispozici jsou nákupní tašky a spousta dalších drobností pro skvělý komfort.
My jsme byli v první polovině září. Vřele apartmán doporučuji.
Poblíž nejsou pěkné pláže na koupání, musíte si za nimi dojet. S tím se však počítá předem ;o)

A modern, spotless, and very comfortable apartment in a secure complex with underground parking. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped (several coffee makers, toaster, panini press, etc.), which was a pleasant surprise. The terrace has fantastic views over the sculpted gardens, cactus and palm trees, and the large pool area is beautifully maintained. We also enjoyed watching yachts and even a submarine in the nearby harbor!
Overall, a high-quality apartment in a peaceful location, ideal for golfers and anyone looking to relax. Would happily recommend.
Only minor downsides: access involves driving through an industrial zone, and there are some property development and roadworks opposite the building, resulting in a bit of dust and early morning noise.

Die Wohnung war absolut top – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns der traumhafte Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer – einfach unbezahlbar! Die Anlage ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!
Den Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen haben Sonne und Salzluft zugesetzt. Sollten mal ersetzt werden. Wenn gleich wir diese nie benutzt haben, da die Sonnenliegen auch so bequem waren.
