Spacious stone vacation home in dominant hill position in the heart of Chianti Classico, 5 km from the town of Castellina in Chianti and centrally located between the fascinating art cities of Siena and Florence. The vacation home is located inside a renowned Tuscan estate that produces extra virgin olive oil and an excellent wine. Magnificent views of the surrounding countryside, vineyards and olive groves. Guests have access to a garden, spacious outdoor areas and an L-shaped swimming pool. Access by gravel road for about 500 meters. Two parking spaces on the property. The price includes two hours of cleaning per day, from Monday to Saturday. On request and payment on site: Domestic help (extra hours), cook and participation in a dinner (buffet) with regional specialties organized weekly by the landlord. Air conditioning in the bedrooms on the second floor. In the area there are many excellent restaurants where you can enjoy the specialties of Tuscan cuisine. Possibility of beautiful walks in a picturesque landscape. Radda in Chianti 16 km, Siena and San Gimignano 20 km, Florence 50 km.
