Ganz besonders die Gastgeberin Monika. Sie spricht fließend Deutsch. Sie ist sehr gebildet und sehr freundlich, herzlich und fürsorglich. Außerdem hat man in der wunderschönen großzügigen Gartenanlage einen sehr sauberen, wunderschönen und großen Pool. Direkter Strandzugang. Es ist tagsüber und auch nachts sehr ruhig.
Was mir nicht gefallen hat, das hat allerdings nichts mit der Unterkunft direkt zu tun. Die Straßenbeleuchtung ist erschreckend grell und damit störend wenn man draußen sitzt.

A villa right on the oceanfront with very welcoming and kind hosts. We stayed for two weeks on the third floor, and the top-floor terrace also belonged exclusively to us, along with a private terrace around our room.
The room was spacious, featuring a living area with a kitchen (including a fridge and kettle) and a bedroom with a beautiful view from the windows. There was also a shower with hot water.
A good breakfast with fresh fruit was served daily. The territory is well maintained, with a large swimming pool and sun loungers available under the shade of trees. There are many beautiful plants around the property. Peacocks often visited the area, and there is even a funny iguana living near the pool.
The ocean has a great, easy entrance into the water, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

The location was lovely, down a tarmac road leading to the beach. The property was beautiful and very well maintained, a lovely pool in the garden, which also opened out onto the beach through a gate. Very quiet and peaceful. The only downside, was the room that I had, was on the third floor and was so hot. The air con unit was in the bedroom and was really loud and the light really bright but it was essential to keep it on because the lounge/kitchen only had a plug in fan and the room itself was lovely but the big glass windows made it feel like a greenhouse. There was only one plug socket to serve the kettle or the fan and any devices that you needed to charge, phone, laptop etc, which meant whenever you did that, the fan had to go off and the room became super hot. There was an extension cable in the bedroom but it didn't take European plug, only the old style 3 pin (like in India) apart from that it was clean, large and had a huge wrap around balcony, so lovely view over the garden and towards the beach.
The owner was really not very friendly and I found her to be passive/aggressive. I consider myself to be an easy guest and try never to be needy or demanding. I like to be left alone most of the time but the WiFi wasn't working properly in the room and I had to ask twice on the second evening. She got really annoyed, told me it must be my device (which it wasn't) and the second time (which was only 8pm or thereabouts) she left, after storming up to my room and saying she was going to bed ie... not to disturb her again. It left me feeling quite vulnerable, given I'm a solo female traveller and like I was causing her too much trouble. It was such a shame because I really liked the place but because of her attitude, I would not go back or recommend it. Just to be clear, after an hour or so the WiFi did reconnect
